If you wish to return an item, be sure to not open the bottle. We can only accept returns on bottles that haven’t been tampered with in any way. You may request a return authorization by email to info@ZativaLife.com within 14 days from receiving your products. The address for the product return will be in this authorization email.  Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
